Lacoste Soho Bag
Bags of late have become more useful for men even though they've been kind of popular in Europe since the 50's they only made inward entry into the U.S recently. And the term MANBAG is an American aberration for what Europeans call bag. But guys its all right, at least you caught up with the trend and now you're perfecting it. One only needs to look at pictures of sartorialist taken in NYC or other cities. Straight to the bag pictured above, the lacoste soho bag. It is a simple funtional tote. Not garishly designed, great color and and and and.... umm ?? lol i'm short of words ha :o) well i'm hungry and i'm eating right now..yeah yeah i know bad manners ...so fetch the bag if you want it at asos.com

GH Bass Larson Beef leather loafers $153
Bass has long been the leader in the casual loafers market. Their design is sturdy and attractive as well. It borders on masculine features like strenght, elegance and has all the trappings of masculine virility as well. These are the quintessential day to night shoes, you can wear them to work in the morning with your suit and out to a bar at night with pals or a date. Military Shirts
This is one staple item for every man's wardrobe. Menswear has got the military as its strongest influence from times past. Sewing and dressmaking techniques were devloped by the military and a lot of other mens clothing were originally military apparel before being adopted to civilian wear. These shirts were first worn by pilots in the airforce and i must say its one shirt design that's going to be around way long after you and i are both gone from this planet. They are timeless and always appear on the fashion radar each year so investing in this would be one wise investment decision even in these hard financial times.

Canvas Wallets
Canvas wallets have always been my favorite from way back. the first wallet i ever got was a canvas wallet and since then i seldom use any other type even if i do its only for a short time as i run back to my love. They are very easy to maintain and do not bulge awkwardly if you stuff them up with notes, coins or debit cards. They cost very little and can last for as long as you treat them right, The current one i'm using is a nike though but its on its third year and i don't see myself buying another anytime soon. The wallets above are available at asos.com

Cool Cardigans
Junk de luxe Birds eye cardigan $96
Daniel Allessandrini stripe plackett cardigan $234 Sonia Rykiel Kiss print Cardigan $228
These cool cardigans offer a different take on the quintessential plain cardigan design, i especially love the junk de luxe one may be its the color that's got me and the little breast pocket it has though i think its mainly there for design and not function as stuff put in it might appear bulbous. I love the kiss print one too it even has two pockets in front , how cool is that ? :o)... available online at asos.com

Skinny Ties
Gone are the days of bulky and huge ties that once proliferated the office place and streets. The du jour thing is skinny ties. I've got great ties that cost me a lot of money during my university days but as things began to change and the fashion cycle continued rotating back to 70's era skinny/slim ties, they became obsolete. I've given most of them away but i still have one or two that have an additional sentimental value. I see a lot of young dudes especially African American who after putting a whole lot of effort and flair into their outfit still get it wrong with the tie. Come on guys take those big chunky things out of your wardrobes to your basement and invest in two to three good skinny/slim ties.

Turn up the heat
Vollers Corset $222-$234
Alright guys come on.. we know its that time of the year when it gets cold, but that aint no reason for you to still be cold at night when you got a beautiful wife ,fiance or girlfriend beside you. If there's no action(u know what i mean) you best see a doctor and if the test results are positive you are probably not giving your spouse the right motivation. So i figured it'll be good to lend out some help to guys in this category. There's nothing as sexy as a man picking up his woman's lingerie. Come on guys ,its for your eyes only :o) first thing to buy would be corsets. They perform magic on a woman's body reducing her waist and bringing out her curves . This way she'll feel sexy and will want to play and guys being who we are and motivated by sight would get enough chutzpah to last the night.
Asos ruffle bra and pant (combined value) $50Second item is a set of red underwear. Red is an alluring color that sometimes depicts danger. The thrill about intimacy is only heightened when there's an element of danger innit?
Asos push up bra and suspender (combined value) $50Finally, you got to cop the cream of the crop the push up bra and suspender. Save costs during this finacial times by bringing the strip club home and an even added bonus is getting to know your spouse in a new sassy way. You could use your body as the pole and have her work her magic around you :o) how's that for some heat when its freezing outside.

Common Projects Hi-tops
These shoes are eye candy for me. Simple yet amazing, common projects have delivered some great footwear over the years but i never found anyone i fancied until i saw this. If you take a closer look at them you'd notice the difference in the vamps(upper part), the white one has lines running around the toes like wingtips while the black ones toe is clear. So they are not just a replica of each other. Available at www.revolveclothing.com
Year of The Gentleman Cont. : Benjamin Bixby 2009
Earlier this year, Andre 3000 launched the convincing clothing line, Benjamin Bixby. When I was first introduced to some of his pieces online, I immediately was blown away. The line stays true to the artists’ own style, which I think is very important. The vision is definitely apparent! Look for Benjamin Bixby in high end malls and boutiques…you won’t be sorry! And FYI, the fits are crazy!
And let's not talk about how I SO want to be the face of Benjamin Bixby.....CAN I LIVE?!

Fashion Watch: D&G Nod 2 Early 2000s + Other Hauteness
While inhaling the pages of the December 2008 issue of V Magazine—Beyonce Knowles covers—Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring 2009 ad caught my attention. It was quite nostalgic w its black and pink combinations.
Not sure how I feel about the possible rise of this trend again. Personally, I think its not flattering and should remain long forgotten…no shade to all who love this combination.
On a positive note…I love the infusion of the androgynous look (w/a feminine twist) that has swamped the runways this fall/winter! And I’m loving the fact that this look is no longer limited to the select few that opt for fierce cropped hair cuts even more. Everyone is getting in…and two designers to look to for inspiration are Alexander McQueen and Jean- Paul Gaultier ---Gaultier is a savage—one of my all time favorites!
